FLOOR MOVE

While the cat's away the mice will play !!! You, my dear readers, are the cat. We have been busy little mice here at the Boutique rearranging the furniture.

I wanted to highlight our wonderful china department this season, so what better way than to feature it in our main window !  We have an adorable tête-à-tête table set with Palio china from Italy (you know, the one that they always sold in the Mediterranean Shop in NYC) and the citron-linen tablecloth it is set on, has one of the Palio's designs embroidered in each corner. If you prefer, we can have a smaller version embroidered on each napkin....or go all out and do both !!

The shelves behind the set are chock-full of antique napkins, placemats, runners, tablecloths and china pieces purchased at an Estate Sale right here in PB to which we were lucky enough to be privy.

Our beautifully made bed is not visible from this window any longer, but it is still in shop. I think you will like its new spot in the bed linen department which affords us easy access to change patterns more frequently .

Another change we made was to move the Custom Stationery books upstairs. It is now easy for you to sit and look at them, as we relegated a large white Jonathan Adler desk to hold them. All the ink color choices and font styles are here as well, so we can help you to create your own very special stationery from Pineider, The Printery or Picketts Press.

We've moved a lot of our custom embroidery samples upstairs as well, along with our back-stock of towels from D. Porthault, Baroni, Riva D'Arno, Noël of Paris and others.
